EARNT was launched with the simple idea that people will go to crazy lengths to get exclusive access and VIP treatment from their favourite brands, restaurants and performers.
People still wait in line outside shops to get limited edition trainers and queue for hours online to get tickets for festivals they just have to go to. If you'll spend 8hours online for Beyonce tickets or camp out overnight to be first to get the new Playstation, what would you do to skip those queues?
This is energy that we can put to better use. You come to a beach clean, work in a food bank or plant trees AND you become a brand VIP.
By connecting brands with causes and consumers, EARNT creates a cycle that benefits each stakeholder not just on an individual level but uplifting communities as a whole. Brands do business better and better business, the causes get an army of volunteers and a voice and consumers consume intentionally, having done good along the way (which also supports their own mental health). Communities are created and reconnected while trees are planted, litter is picked and schools are painted.
EARNT isn't just another platform; it's a movement to redefine giving in the 21st century. With a model ensuring mutual benefit for every stakeholder, Earnt promises a future where kindness is both a virtue and a valued currency. Join us in creating a world where every act of goodness is recognized, rewarded, and reciprocated.
What we ARE:
Optimistic, thoughtful, future focused, cool, simple, tech-powered, unique, brand new, responsible, well-curated, financially considered, equally balanced in valuing the brands, causes and consumers, democratic, inclusive, built for purpose, a tech-powered business with a heart in cause marketing.

EARNT
What we are NOT:
A charity, an agency, a purpose or greenwashing tool for brands, a sustainability play, a way for brands to outsource responsibility, rigid, limited by demographic or geography, a way for people to get free things if they can’t afford them, a volunteering platform.
Lauren Scott-Harris ( Founder)
Lauren’s career in PR and communications spans 20 years. In 2010 she started her own agency that with headquarters in London and NYC, specialising in working with innovative start ups from Headspace to onefinestay and many in between.
She first wrote down the idea for EARNT over 12 years ago but could never get it out of her head.
Lauren believes dyslexia and lateral thinking is a super strength and we try and forgive her for her appalling spelling mistakes on the basis that it was extreme lateral thinking that led to EARNT being dreamt up.
Lavina Liyanage ( Co-Founder)
Lavina’s journey to EARNT was a bit less expected having started her professional life in investment banking in London. She moved to Singapore and spending time abroad, like many, changed how she saw the world. Finally Lavina landed back in London where she realised, finance wasn’t her #1 love and moved to a world where she could really get her hands dirty…start-ups. Lavina worked at onefinestay which is how she met Lauren.
Lavina believes nothing is impossible.
