Account Management

Account Manager

The role

This is an exciting role that sits at the heart of EARNT, relationship management first. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for our Always On brands, our users, and for a period, our causes, keeping everyone informed and ready to activate, so nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll also support the delivery and execution of our events: guest lists, site visits and set-up, volunteer comms, and being on the ground on the day.

To truly understand what we do, everyone should understand why we do it and how it works. Everyone who works at EARNT will need to take part in our events and help across the company. From post office runs to hosting events , this is a get-stuck-in, all-hands-on-deck kind of company.

What you'll do

  • Managing day-to-day communications across brands, causes and consumers

  • Keeping causes up to date, checking their availability and ensuring they're ready for upcoming campaigns

  • Being the first point of contact for inbound queries and flagging anything that needs escalating

  • Keeping our internal records and CRM up to date so the team always has visibility

  • Supporting campaign delivery by coordinating logistics between partners

  • Spotting when a relationship needs attention and acting on it before it becomes a problem

What you'll bring

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys people and is naturally warm and organised

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be writing a lot of emails

  • Comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities at once without dropping the ball

  • Proactive rather than reactive — you don't wait to be told when something needs doing

  • An interest in community, culture or social impact would go a long way here

  • Previous experience in account management, community management or a customer-facing role required.

How to apply

Send a short note — not a cover letter. Tell us about a cause or brand you think would be a great fit for EARNT and how we could work with them.
