Trans Pride is hosting a conference, a party…and another party. It’s a weekend of empowerment, and unity but importantly, it’s also about education, advocacy and justice.

It’s a movement, a celebration, and a symbol of our collective power.

    There’s a lot going of learning, educating, advocacy and hard work and so we need to keep up everyone’s energy. Help us prep and serve lunch at the conference.

    It’s going to be a great party but only with your help. Sign up to set up, decorate, register guests so they can get the party started.

    Come on, you knew this was going to be fun. We need your help getting ready for for the some fun. Same again, setting up, decorating and registering guests.

 FAQs

  • Location will be shared after you sign up, at least one week before the event.

  • There is an orientation session taking place Tuesday 13th May.

    This is an in person session however if you cannot attend, please let us know asap as we may be able to arrange a digital session however, if you do not attend at all, you will not be able to join in.

  • It's really important that if you cannot make this event, you tell us as far in advance as possible. There are very limited spaces and if no shows mean we can’t complete the project.

    Please only sign up if you know you can make it and if something changes, please tell us at least 72hours in advance.

  • All the events on Saturday 17th May are wheelchair accessible.

  • Following the event you will receive an email with all the details on how to claim your ETY (Earned Thank You).

    1. 1 night stay at either Riggs or Lyle (subject to having dinner in Lyle or Riggs minimum $75) T&C 3-month booking window

    2. VIP access to our brunch (this will most probably be a Drag brunch to tie in with the narrative) T&C anytime over a 3-month booking window

    3. Complimentary cocktail and bites for EARNT VIP and friend x 3 times at Café Riggs – 3 x over a 3-month booking window

    All ETYs are inclusive of EARNT volunteer and 1 guest

    ETY is non-transferable and non-refundable

    In order to redeem the ETY the volunteer must be present.

    The redemption period is from 03 March to 30th September.

    The 2 complimentary cocktails are per person in Pulitzer bar and includes 1 round of snacks for 2 guests.
