Hats Off to Doing Good

Our favourite brands are not only innovative pioneers but the ones who can make anything fun (sound familiar?) . Mr Fogg’s are the indisputable leaders in whimsy and adventure, inspired by Jules Verne’s novel Around the World in 80 Days they transport you back to the Victorian era in their magical bars across London. Now, they are partnering with EARNT to launch their newest addition to the Phileas Fogg world…

Mr Fogg’s Hat Tavern & Gin Club.

Never ones to do things as expected, they are inviting London’s finest to join them in doing some good. So to kick off the opening of their newest establishment, Mr Fogg’s will host 40 of you to be the first patrons for an exclusive EARNT launch party of gin cocktails (and hats?) in their beautiful new establishment alongside most famous of gins, Bombay Sapphire who will also be offering a limited edition cocktail only available for those who take part. It’s so new…they don’t even have photos of the inside yet!

All EARNT partners get involved because they want to make doing good a normal part of doing business and pick a cause they care about. Looking after the city the team at Mr Fogg’s Hat and Gin Tavern proudly call home is key.

Whilst the river Thames might not be quite as bleak as it was in Dicken’s times, there is definitely still work to do so we will be hitting the banks of the Thames sandwiched between Victorian monuments, Battersea and Albert Bridges to collect litter and plastic, a modern day plague of sorts (melodramatic us?).

We know that doing good can be dirty business, so we will be getting together on Saturday 8th July, the weekend before the party so you don’t need to come in your wellies.

The VIP preview party itself will be on Thursday 13th July from 7pm.

 FAQs

  • The river clean will be at the ‘In Town’ statue by Battersea Bridge. Exact location here.

    The party is at Mr Fogg’s Hat Tavrn and Gin Club 22 Great Chapel St, London W1F 8FR

  • The litter pick up is on Saturday 8th July @ 12pm. Carriages at 2.30pm.

    The party is on Wednesday 12th July from 6-8pm.

  • Get your litter pickers ready (kidding-we have them) as we will be collecting as much litter, specifically plastic, alongside the Battersea foreshore. You’ll never use a wet wipe again…

    For the party, don your gladrags and get enjoy an evening of Bombay Sapphire Gin and lots more whilst being amongst the first to see the new Mr Fogg’s establishment. We’ll bring the hats.

  • Once you have turned up, got your wellies muddy and picked your litter, you will receive your exclusive invitation which will gain you access to the EARNT x Mr Fogg’s Hat and Gin Club preview party, drink and snacks all included so nothing more for you to do (or pay for).

    To order the limited edition cocktail whilst it’s available, you just need to tell the bar staff you EARNT it.

  • For the river pick you need wellies or safety boots to wear on the foreshore. If you have your own gloves (gardening gloves are fine) that you’d like to wear, bring those too.

    We will provide bags, gloves, hoops and litter pickers.

  • You must be 21 or over. Limited edition cocktails are available for 3 months or till stocks last.
