Brand Sales
Sales Associate
The role
We're looking for a Senior Brand Sales Manager to grow EARNT's brand partner base across both always-on and event partnerships. You'll bring an existing network of consumer brand contacts, and you'll be expected to use it from day one.
Alongside Always On sales, you'll find, pitch and convert event brand partners, then work with our delivery teams to shape and deliver the proposals that bring those events to life. Targets are aggressive. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can open doors themselves and close at a senior level.
To truly understand what we do, you have to understand why we do it. Everyone at EARNT gets involved across the business, from post office runs to hosting events. This is a get-stuck-in, all-hands-on-deck kind of company.
What you'll do
Build and manage a pipeline of consumer brand partners across sectors, from restaurants and retail to wellness and home
Find, pitch and convert event brand partners, in addition to owning always-on partnerships
Lead brands from first contact through to signed, paying client
Work with EARNT's delivery and operations teams to shape and deliver event proposals once a brand is signed
Host and support EARNT events
Bring, maintain and actively use your existing network of brand contacts
Keep accurate, up to date pipeline and deal records in our CRM
What you'll bring
Minimum 5 years' experience (essential). Experience is essential for this role. Please do not apply without it.
An existing, active network of consumer brand contacts across any/multiple sectors including restaurants, retail, wellness, home or adjacent sectors, and a willingness to use it
A track record of closing both high-volume, always-on deals and larger, considered event partnerships
Experience working cross-functionally with delivery or operations teams to turn a signed deal into a delivered proposal
Comfort owning aggressive targets and reporting on them clearly
Right to work in the UK
Additional
Additional languages, particularly French and Spanish
A proven track record of closing partnerships, not just opening conversations
Comfortable in an early-stage environment where you build as you go.
How to apply
Send a short note — not a cover letter. Tell us about a cause or community organisation you think would be a great fit for EARNT and why.
